Pricing, in plain words.

What counts as an agent run?
One invocation from start to stop — whether triggered by chat, email, webhook, or cron. Internal tool calls and model calls inside that run don't count separately.
Do I have to use your models?
No. Bring your own keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any OpenRouter-compatible provider. The broker handles routing and tracing; we don't touch the spend.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose quota you already paid for.
What happens if I hit a limit?
We don't throttle. You'll see usage warnings in the dashboard and the overage shows up on your next invoice at the published rate. Flip on a hard cap in settings if you'd rather stop.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Two months free on annual — applied automatically on Starter and Team. Enterprise deals come with their own terms.
Do marketplace purchases count toward my plan?
Buying a listing is billed separately through the seller. Running the installed agent uses your plan's run quota — no double-dip.
How does Zoom-as-a-Service billing work?
It's a separate Stripe subscription per agent with a Zoom number, at $20 per agent per month. Cancel any time; the number is released at the end of the billing period.
